Welcome to Moonlit Credit. By accessing or using our website (moonlitbank.web.app), Discord bot, API services, Cloud VM platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Moonlit Credit ("we," "us," "our"). By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Moonlit Credit provides the following services:
M$ has no real-world monetary value outside of our platforms and cannot be exchanged for legal tender.
To access most Services, you must create a Moonlit Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, session tokens, and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Each individual is permitted one Moonlit Account and one Discord-linked account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, exploit promotions, or evade bans is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Moonlit Credits (M$) are virtual units of value that exist solely within the Moonlit Credit ecosystem. M$ are not currency, securities, or any form of financial instrument. They have no intrinsic or real-world monetary value.
M$ can be earned through chatting, voice activity, daily bonuses, server boosts, referrals, and other in-platform activities as described on our website.
The exchange rate between Points ($) and M$ fluctuates dynamically and is determined by our market simulation engine. We make no guarantees regarding exchange rates or the value of M$ at any given time.
M$ cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside of the Moonlit Credit platform. Any attempt to sell M$ for real-world currency through unauthorized channels is a violation of these Terms.
All purchases of M$ are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. The conversion rate of fiat currency (INR/USD) to M$ is displayed at the time of purchase and is subject to change.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers (PayPal, Xsolla). We do not store your credit card, debit card, or banking details on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by our payment processors.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all M$ balances, and potential legal action. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before disputing with your bank.
Developer API access is granted on an application basis. Approved developers receive API keys and credits subject to our review process. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
Each developer receives 100 free API calls per day. Excess usage is deducted from API credits. Rate limits apply per endpoint. Abuse of API resources (including automated scraping, DDoS attempts, or unauthorized data harvesting) will result in immediate key revocation.
API keys are confidential credentials. You must not share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code. If you believe a key has been compromised, contact us immediately for revocation and reissue.
You may not use the API to create competing services, reverse-engineer our infrastructure, or access data belonging to other users without their explicit consent.
Moonlit Cloud VM is available exclusively to approved developer accounts. Each developer may run up to 3 concurrent virtual machine instances.
VM sessions expire after 6 hours of continuous use and can be restarted. VMs are provided on an "as-is" basis and are intended for development, testing, and educational purposes only.
Cloud VMs are ephemeral. We do not guarantee data persistence across sessions. Users are responsible for backing up any important data before session expiry.
Each VM is assigned a unique OS-key URL (e.g., https://api.00000911.xyz/vm/image/?os-key=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx). Sharing this URL grants terminal access to the VM. You are responsible for controlling access to your VM URLs.
When using the Moonlit Credit Discord bot, you must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The bot operates under a server license system — servers must be licensed to use bot commands. Bot commands incur a nominal usage fee (0.2 M$ per command) billed monthly.

All content, branding, code, design elements, and documentation associated with Moonlit Credit are the intellectual property of the Moonlit Credit team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
We reserve the right to freeze, suspend, or disable any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion. Suspended accounts may have restrictions on earning, exchanging, transferring, or redeeming M$.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate and permanent forfeiture of your entire M$ balance, API credits, and any pending transactions. No refunds will be issued for forfeited balances.
If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal through our Discord support channel or contact page within 14 days of suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonlit Credit, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of M$, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to accounts.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moonlit Credit, its operators, and contributors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server and posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
