Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of Moonlit Credits (M$), all purchases are final. Once your payment has been processed and your account has been credited with M$, we cannot reverse the transaction.

2. Refunds

We only issue refunds in the following rare circumstances:

  • Payment Gateway Errors: If you were charged multiple times for a single intended transaction due to a technical error.
  • Non-Delivery: If a payment is successfully completed but the M$ fail to credit to your account within 24 hours (and we are unable to resolve the issue manually).

3. How to Request a Review

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, you must submit a request via our Discord support system within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your Discord ID, the Razorpay payment ID, and a description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your Discord account from our services, and all associated M$ will be wiped.
