Users must meet the following requirements in order to redeem games using M$.
The account must hold enough M$ to cover the full cost of the game being redeemed. Partial payments or negative balances are not permitted.
The user must maintain the required minimum balance at all times to remain eligible for game redemption. If the user's balance falls below the minimum requirement, they will be marked as ineligible. Once marked ineligible, the user will be placed under a cooldown period of 3 months (90 days). Eligibility will be automatically restored only after the cooldown period is completed and all conditions are satisfied.
Users with an active or unpaid loan are not eligible to redeem games. Loans must be fully repaid before redemption privileges are restored.
Using alternate accounts to transfer M$ in order to accelerate game redemption is prohibited. Accounts detected engaging in this behavior may have redemption privileges suspended.
Any activity identified as fraudulent, manipulative, or designed to exploit the M$ system will result in immediate review and potential account restriction.
Accounts with an unusually high number of transfers between the same accounts may be flagged for manual review. This may temporarily pause redemption ability until the review is completed.
